Well done Lindmik, listened to this mix yesterday and really enjoyed it. Not saying that's the best trance sound ever, but it certainly was a pleasure listening to this old trance sound and it had a couple of tracks in it I already knew. :)

Oh gosh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to imply that I thought that you meant that this sucked. I just stated that mainstream did not use to suck. :D

No I didn't mean this sucks. It's a banging set. It's just the definition of real trance that makes up confusion sometimes. Good to see other people know what it really is. ;)

And I have to agree with nighty too, I only have ~60% of these tracks in hardcopy so it's great to discover something different for a while.

@Euforix: I know that this is not real trance, just that this was before mainstream trance started to go too commercial. Just think that this was mainstream! And it Does Not Suck! ;)

Awesome track selection. Basically my opinion is that real trance already died in 1995. Just saying when talking about "pre-Nyana". :D

But it's always fantastic to see JS16 in someone's tracklist because he has been my fav. producer since I first time heard his stuff in '99.

This is what I call pre-Nyana trance. The generic trance style shifted in 2003, which could be noticed on the Nyana compilation.

Ten years have passed in a flash, and the music has overall just gotten more rotten every year.

Small warning, some tracks are old vinyl rips, so quality is not top notch. BTW, tracks 06-09 are made by Finns. :)

And three tracks are made by DJ Mag top 10 DJ's 2011. ;)
